By placing an order with Blessing Clothing, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within approximately **10 business days** prior to shipment. Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, product availability, or other operational factors.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is approximately **4–5 business days**. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Total estimated fulfillment time is approximately **2 weeks** from the date the order is placed.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and monitor tracking updates once the order has been shipped.
4. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Blessing Clothing shall not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. In the event that a package is returned to Blessing Clothing due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay a **non-refundable flat reshipping fee of $12** before the order will be reshipped.
Blessing Clothing is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Reshipment Fees
Because many of our products are made to order, **all sales are final** unless otherwise required by law or unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
If Blessing Clothing, in its sole discretion, approves an exchange, replacement, or reshipment request for reasons including, but not limited to:
- incorrect size selected by the customer
- incorrect product selected by the customer
- customer preference changes
- refusal of delivery
- failure to retrieve the package
- any other customer-related reason
the customer will be required to pay a **non-refundable flat shipping fee of $12**, which will be collected by invoice prior to reshipment.
Approval of any exchange, replacement, or reshipment request remains at the sole discretion of Blessing Clothing.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide sufficient supporting information, including photographs where requested.
Upon review and confirmation of the issue, Blessing Clothing will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our sole discretion, except where otherwise required by law.
7. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our items are produced on a made-to-order basis. As a result, orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun, except in cases involving verified damage, defect, or error attributable to Blessing Clothing.
8. Size and Product Selection Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, color selections, and order details before completing a purchase.
Blessing Clothing is not responsible for customer ordering errors, including but not limited to incorrect size, color, design, variant, or shipping information selected at checkout.
9. Carrier Delays and Events Beyond Our Control
Blessing Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
10. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender for any reason not caused by Blessing Clothing, the customer may be required to pay the applicable **$12 flat reshipping fee** before the order can be shipped again.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
11. Policy Updates
Blessing Clothing reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
