Return / Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Blessing Clothing. Please review the following Return / Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order with Blessing Clothing, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return / Exchange Window
We have a **15-day return / exchange policy**, which means you have **15 days from the date of delivery** to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- be in the same condition in which it was received
- be unworn and unused
- have original tags attached
- be returned in its original packaging
Blessing Clothing reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
3. Return Shipping Fee
A **flat return shipping fee of $12.00** will apply to approved returns or exchanges. This fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount, where applicable.
4. How to Start a Return / Exchange
To request a return or exchange, customers may start the process in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Through Your Customer Account
You can request your own return or exchange directly through your Blessing Clothing customer account using the link below:

Once you log in, select the order you would like to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided.
Option 2: Contact Us by Email
You may also contact us at returns@blessingclothing.shop to request a return or exchange.
If your request is approved, we will provide you with:
- a return shipping label
- instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are **not eligible** for return or exchange:
- sale items
- gift cards
- custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Blessing Clothing reserves the right to request photographs or other supporting documentation before approving a claim.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you must first request and receive approval for the return. Once the return is accepted, you may either:
- proceed with an approved exchange, if applicable, or
- place a separate new order for the replacement item
Blessing Clothing reserves the right to determine the most appropriate exchange process on a case-by-case basis.
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable return shipping fee of **$12.00**.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

9. International Orders
If your country of residence is outside the United States, shipping and return transit times may take longer than expected.
